Send Shoes for Repair

Got a favourite pair that needs some love? Don’t worry — we’ll take care of them. Whether it’s worn soles, a broken heel, or a polish and refresh, our cobblers treat every pair like they belong to them.

How it works

  1. Place your shoes in a secure box.

  2. Write your Order ID (very important).

    • Write your WooCommerce Order ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the shoebox.

    • Also write the Order ID on the outside of the box (or on the shipping label).

    • Add your full name and phone number on the same note.
      (This is how we match the parcel to your order in our system — please don’t skip it.)

  3. Send or drop off at our workshop:

  4. We repair the shoes. Our team inspects, approves any extra fixes with you, and does the work using high-quality materials.

  5. We return them. We’ll update your order in WooCommerce and notify you when your shoes are ready to collect or when they’re shipped back.
